Can I use HSA/FSA?

Yes, you can! Most HSA/FSA companies will request you to send in a LMN (letter of medical necessity). This must be written by a chiropractor or your primary care physician recommending you coming to see us. We can’t write this letter ourselves.

What is your cancellation policy?

For the concierge membership, you can cancel anytime after your 6 month minimum is up. For the bundles, you have to complete the full committed time that you chose. There are no early-cancellation options for the bundles.

Do you offer any refunds?

There are no refunds for either bundles or the concierge membership.

Biggest advice for potential patients?

Go into your journey without a hardcore timeline. Ex: “I have to have lose X amount of weight in 3 months”. We find that patients who set timelines for their healing journeys typically don’t do well. We believe the unnecessary pressure we put on ourselves and our body to respond a certain way in a certain amount of time ends up backfiring on both parties.

Do you work with vegan/vegetarian diets?

We do not work with these type of diets right now.

Insurance cover anything?

We are fully cash pay and do not accept any insurance and do not provide superbills to patients. We bundle our services and products in a way that insurance does not cover.

Are there any discounts if I pay in full?

There is a 5% discount if you want to pay in full.

Do you work with men?

If you are a male and want to work with us, send us an email at lahana@nuvitruwellness.com and we take it on a case by case basis. :)

Can you prescribe medications?

We cannot and most of our patient base wants to try natural methods before resorting to pharmaceuticals. If you need any pharmaceuticals, please refer to your primary care physician!

Cost of the membership and/or bundles?

Fill out the form on the Services page and once you do, it will redirect you to a page that will provide a video with up to date information on how we work and pricing (there will also be a calendar to schedule your call)! We will also email this video for you to watch too before we meet on our call, so you go into our call informed!
